This fat tire Schwinn is one of a kind, super comfortable to ride, brand new and you won't have to pay GST. Everything's been switched out for high-end components and it can reach speeds of 50+ kms/hr and travel up to 40kms/charge without pedaling. I currently have it governed at 32kms/hr to abide by ICBC's laws but I'll show you how change it's top speed if you like. I'm selling for parts plus a little for my time. I'm looking to build another and slowly start a custom electric Victoria based bike shop. Will give one year of free tune ups. Handlebars can be switched out for any you desire or any customizations can be done at cost of parts. The bike has been tested to ensure everything is running 100%.
