Furniture is still solid, but some signs of wear on fabric. Arm of love seat was damaged by recent 'professional' cleaning. Throw covers the damage. You pick up and take away all or individual pieces. Sofa length 84 " at base 87" at top, love seat 62" at base 67" at top, chair 36" at base 42" at top. All have a depth of 36". Ottoman is 36 x 25 and 17" high.
