Camper with Diesel Truck in Saanichton, British Columbia for sale

1980's Western Wilderness Camper Model 9501 with original documentation. Had some water damage when purchased, so it has been repaired and improved inside and out:
* Roof has been caulked and sealed with 3 layers of Flex Coat paint (2 liters leftover)
* Exterior has received 2 layers, and interior primed and painted
* Queen size mattress is 8 months old
* Original stove, oven and heater work well
* New propane tank
* Fridge not working, but can be used as a cooler
* Interior and exterior lights work well
* Additional outside work table
* Water tank and sinks work, but no hot water.
* No toilet in the bathroom but space to add your own chemical toilet
* New curtains
1993 F250XL 4x4 Automatic Diesel (non-turbo) truck with extended cab, long box and dual tanks. It has 234 000 Km (next service at 237 000), a few small rust spots on the exterior and the ABS light doesn't turn off, but brakes work well. The rest works great:

* Good tires
* Battery, timing belt, and diesel filter replaced 6 months ago
* Line-x bed liner in great shape
