Looking for a roommate to share our waterfront 3 bd townhouse located on the border of Esquimalt and View Royal. Move in august 1st 2019. Rent $675/month ALL INCLUDED.
Us: Torin (mid 20s male) and Sarah (late 20s female) both employed FT with variable shifts. We are pretty active people, out and about a lot, but we also like our quiet time at home to rejuvenate. We don't party much but welcome a social gathering over a beer once in awhile. We also have 2 short-haired cats: Storm and Talia.
The place: 2-level, 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom town house with a patio overlooking the Gorge waterway, located in a quiet complex near Shoreline School. Perfect for those working at VGH, Royal Roads, CFB Esquimalt, or Camosun Interurban (bike the whole way on the Galloping Goose trail). Direct and frequent bus to DT is 15 min and to UVic is 40 mins.
Parking spot, in-suite laundry, Internet, hot water, hydro, storage room, garden space (please help us grow something!), kayak storage and outdoor pool included. The place has hardwood floors and huge floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the water. Sorry, we LOVE critters, but we already have 2 cats.
