Private Self Board at Elk Lake in Saanichton, British Columbia for sale

Fairburn Springs Farm has availability starting August 1st for 3 or 4 horses self board. Prices are $675 for the whole building with three or less horses, or $800 for four. The building has three stalls, hay storage for ~90 bales, and tack room.
We have a private entrance to Elk Lake park riding trails, a 0.3 acre (1200 m^2) private paddock and a 1 acre (4000 m^2) private turn out for the horses year round.
We have 15 acres of shared hay field, which can be used for riding and grazing from ~June - Oct, weather permitting. Clients will be given first priority to our hay should they choose to purchase it.
