Private Horse Self-Board by Elk Lake in Saanichton, British Columbia for sale

Fairburn Springs Farm has availability for 1, 2 or 3 horses at $200 each self board (4 horses possible as well; phone to discuss) for November 1st, 2015.
We have a private entrance to Elk Lake park riding trails, and a very large shared paddock for the horses year round.
We have a separate horse barn with three stalls, hay storage for ~90 bales, and tack room.
We have 15 acres of shared hay field, which can be used for riding and grazing from ~June - Oct, weather permitting. Clients will be given first priority to our hay should they choose to purchase it; we use manure fertilizer, have recently spread lime, and are working towards a premium quality product.
