Natural-style horse-keeping has been practiced by the current tenant for the last ten years.
There is a very large barn with water and power. Originally built for sheep, the flexible configuration now has three 14X24 stalls with walk-in/out to gravel and packed-dirt paddocks - could accommodate up to six horses. Can be divided further. The stalls have gravel floors. The hayloft comfortably stores 1000 small square bales. Utility/tack area is two large rooms.
A small square exercise ring or extra paddock is included with good drainage; surface is old hogfuel. There is no riding ring. Access to trails very close by via quiet dead-end road. Approximately three acres are currently in pasture: flexible configuration in T-posts with electric rope and tape.
$750/month plus hydro (approx. $50/month)

Approximately nine acres is in hay producing 500-1000 small square bales on first cut. Hayfield maintenance and harvest is contracted out since there is no equipment on the property.
