50' STEEL, Carrius design, centre cockpit, aft cabin, stay sail cutter in Saanichton, British Columbia for sale

This professionally built off-shore steel sailboat was built in a shop in Port Moody. It was started in the late eighties and launched in the mid nineties. It was last hauled out and completely bottom stripped with the hull repainted in 2007.
It has all equipment, including oversized stainless standing rigging, three sails ( main and genoa both self furling + cutter sail), a new four cylinder diesel, 2 station Wagner hydraulic steering.
Due to a partially refinished main cabin that needs completing and the fact the Isuzu main engine is rebuilt but yet to be reinstalled I have reluctantly decided to offer it for sale THIS MONTH ONLY for a fraction of it's surveyed value, first $30,000 Cash takes it.
