22 Aluminum Starcraft and Road Runner Trailer in Saanichton, British Columbia for sale

THE BOAT: is a 22 foot Starcraft aluminum and has just been serviced in Lake Cowichan by a marine mechanic. Work involved a new starter 12 volt battery, a new starter/solenoid and alternator. The oil has been changed, the carb adjusted and a new fuel filter added. The boat has been idled for several hours and test run on Lake Cowichan for 3 hours. The wiring was professionally replaced with a new panel and wiring a few years ago. I also had an internal fresh water cooling rad installed at the same time.
THE TRAILER: is a heavy duty aluminum Road Runner that has had new brakes installed, fresh water water fitting added (boat has not been in salt water since this installation) new buddy bearings on all 4 wheels, and a complete set of new roller wheels purchased and wheels are being replaced as needed (see pics)- remaining new wheels will be included to allow full replace when and if required. Hydraulic brakes.
I have the receipts for the work and these are available and the mechanic has agreed to discuss the work done/condition of the motor to serious buyers.
Questions are invited and of course a test drive will be provided to serious buyers. You are welcome to have a surveyor check out this boat at your leisure.
If you are serious, this is a good solid boat. It is not new but mechanically there are no known issues. I have spent $1500 this year to ensure no problems. I do have a replacement compass for the boat. It does not have a GPS.
The boat is located in the Lake Cow Storage yard approx 2 km west of Lakeland Ranch on the Youbou Road. The owner can grant access but only if pre-arranged with us both.
